Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications that support DialPhone’s AI-powered communications platform, focusing on performance, reliability, and usability. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, developing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring responsive, accessible web experiences across devices and browsers. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, as well as reviewing code, optimizing existing functionality, and contributing to continuous improvements in development practices. The Web Developer will also monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in testing and deployment activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and responsive Web Design.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, with experience in server-side languages, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development capabilities, covering end-to-end implementation, integration of services, and cross-browser, cross-device optimization.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, are beneficial.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), agile development methodologies, and collaborative workflows is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, security best practices, and integrating AI or communication APIs (e.g., VoIP, messaging) will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in a diverse, cross-functional team environment are essential.
