What we are looking;
We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, server-side rendering & cloud infrastructure. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.
Key Responsibilities;
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Build and optimize applications using Next.js (SSR & SSG)
Architect scalable backend services using Node.js
Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
Implement technical SEO best practices (structured data, page speed, indexing, etc.)
Ensure performance optimization, security, and responsiveness across applications
Lead a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams for seamless execution
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Required skills & Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 4–5 years of experience in full-stack development (MERN stack)
- Strong expertise in Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing, performance optimization)
- Solid understanding of Node.js and backend architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and deployment pipelines
- Good knowledge of Technical SEO concepts and implementation
- Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and database design
- Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies
- Proven experience in team handling / mentoring developers
Good to Have;
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Docker / containerisation
- Knowledge of GraphQL
- Experience in high-traffic or startup environments
