About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Developer at the Junior to Mid-Level with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our Noida-based on-site team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of building websites from scratch, working efficiently with templates, and utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity. This role emphasizes speed, consistency, and high-quality execution, requiring the developer to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to internal SOPs and delivery timelines. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver high-volume web development projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in web development, with a proven portfolio demonstrating their ability to build websites from scratch. A strong understanding of HTML and CSS is essential, along with basic knowledge of JavaScript. Working familiarity with WordPress and experience customizing themes and templates are required. Candidates should also possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues independently. Knowledge of frontend frameworks, SEO fundamentals, and AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus. The ideal applicant will be a fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and customize websites using WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, or similar builders, ensuring they meet client specifications.
- Develop complete website sections, including homepages, inner pages, forms, and integrations.
- Customize templates to align with client branding and functional requirements.
- Ensure all websites are mobile-responsive, optimized for fast loading, and error-free.
- Identify and fix bugs independently, making minor updates as needed.
- Follow internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to project delivery timelines.
- Utilize structured workflows, pre-designed templates, and AI tools to maintain high productivity and output quality.
- Achieve targeted output goals, aiming to complete approximately one website per working day after initial training.
- Maintain high standards of work, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
