About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications that support our business operations and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, operations staff, and project managers, to create seamless and efficient digital solutions. Your expertise will contribute to automating processes, improving user experience, and integrating new functionalities to meet the dynamic needs of our logistics operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects in a fast-paced environment, with potential for international relocation after successful completion of the probation period.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of hands-on full-stack development experience, demonstrating proficiency in frameworks such as React, Laravel, and React Native, along with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Experience with databases, version control tools like Git or SVN, and web server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx) is essential. A fundamental understanding of software development lifecycles, UI/UX best practices, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean), and system testing is required. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field, with a keen interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and innovative problem-solving. Experience with OCR frameworks and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment are highly valued. Willingness to relocate to Dubai or Oman after approximately 12 months of probation is preferred, along with adaptability to the Middle Eastern working environment.

You will collaborate with team leads and members to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Working closely with UI/UX teams, you will ensure consistency in design and user experience across platforms. Documenting product specifications, project details, and technical processes is vital to facilitate ongoing development and maintenance. Staying updated on emerging web development trends and technologies will enable you to implement innovative features and optimize existing systems. Additionally, you will liaise with yard staff, operations, and accounts teams to understand their workflows and tailor solutions accordingly. Your role will also involve debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues independently, contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital infrastructure.
