About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise web applications that support our business and operational objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, operations staff, and management, to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong full-stack development background, be proactive in problem-solving, and have a keen interest in emerging web technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic logistics environment, initially working remotely from India with potential relocation to Dubai or Oman after a successful probation period.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of hands-on full-stack development experience, particularly in React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript and PHP frameworks. A solid understanding of databases, code versioning tools such as Git or SVN, and web server management (Apache, Nginx) is essential. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is required, along with practical experience in software development lifecycles, UI/UX principles, and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean. Familiarity with OCR frameworks, system testing, and automated testing processes will be considered advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a genuine interest in technology, automation, and AI. Flexibility to relocate to Dubai or Oman after the probation period and adaptability to the Middle Eastern working environment are also preferred.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to gather requirements, define project scope, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure design consistency and optimal user experience across applications.
- Document product specifications, technical details, and project progress for transparency and future reference.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in web development, integrating relevant technologies into projects.
- Participate in system testing, automated testing, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and security.
- Engage with operational teams, including yard staff, logistics, and accounts, to understand workflows and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Contribute to research and development initiatives focused on automation, AI, and innovative logistics solutions.
