About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Web Developer with expertise in Shopify and WordPress to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining high-quality websites that align with client requirements and industry standards. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver visually appealing, responsive, and secure websites that enhance user experience. This role requires a hands-on approach to coding, troubleshooting, and optimizing websites for performance, SEO, and responsiveness across various devices. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of modern web technologies, payment integrations, and best practices in web development, ensuring the delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in web development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Shopify and WordPress. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is essential, along with solid knowledge of PHP and MySQL. Hands-on experience with Shopify Liquid, APIs, and app integrations is required, as is familiarity with custom theme and plugin development in WordPress. Knowledge of payment gateway integrations such as Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal is crucial. Familiarity with performance optimization tools like PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix, along with a good understanding of SEO best practices, is highly desirable.
