🚨 Hiring: Web Designer (Webflow + Figma) | Remote | Contract Role
Peak Hawks LLP is hiring for our client an experienced Web Designer with strong expertise in Webflow and Figma who can transform ideas into polished, responsive, and high-converting websites from concept to final build.
📍 Location: Remote
💼 Experience: 3+ Years
📄 Employment Type: Contract (6 Months) – Extension possible based on performance
🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (U.S. Central Time overlap)
⚠ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Only
🗣 Communication: Excellent English communication skills (Non-negotiable)
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Web Designer who can build responsive, visually compelling and conversion-focused websites using Webflow and Figma.
The role also includes designing digital marketing assets such as landing pages, ads, email creatives, and social media graphics.
Key Skills Required
✔ Webflow website development
✔ Figma wireframing & UI design
✔ Responsive design
✔ UX design principles
✔ Visual hierarchy & typography
✔ Landing page design
✔ Digital marketing creatives
Preferred Skills
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with Webflow animations & interactions
• Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Experience designing marketing websites
Interview Process
