Role Description The Web Designer & Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. In this position, the team member will design and update website layouts, user interfaces, and responsive web pages aligned with brand and usability standards. The role includes creating digital graphics, marketing creatives, and visual assets for websites, social media, and paid campaigns. Daily tasks involve collaborating with developers and marketers, translating requirements into design concepts, preparing design mockups, and optimizing visuals for performance and accessibility. The Web Designer & Graphic Designer will also ensure consistency in branding, maintain design libraries, and provide creative input for new digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills, with the ability to create modern, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for developing high-quality visual assets, layouts, and marketing creatives.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills to translate designs into functional web pages and collaborate effectively with developers.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
- Relevant education or training in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; an online portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work is required.
