Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Web Designer to join our team on-site at our Chennai location. The Web Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually compelling and user-friendly websites. Key responsibilities include designing web layouts, developing responsive designs, integrating graphics, and ensuring optimized performance of user interfaces. The Web Designer will also collaborate with the creative and development teams to ensure cohesive branding and effective digital experiences.

Basics of Digital Marketing:
- Expertise in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to ensure a seamless user experience across devices
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for professional and visually appealing interfaces
- Experience with Front-End Development for translating design concepts into functional interfaces
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and creativity with a focus on user-centered design
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
