Role Description The Web Designer role at Nuix Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Web Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging, user-centric website layouts and interfaces that align with client and business goals. Daily tasks include designing and updating web pages, collaborating with developers and marketing teams, producing graphics and visual assets, and ensuring brand consistency across digital touchpoints. The role involves translating requirements into wireframes and mockups, optimizing designs for usability and accessibility, and implementing responsive design best practices for various devices and browsers. The Web Designer also participates in design reviews, incorporates feedback, and stays current with modern web design trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create user-friendly, mobile-optimized interfaces.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital assets, icons, and visual elements.
- Experience with Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers and support implementation.
- Ability to work with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills for collaborative projects.
- Relevant degree or certification in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience designing corporate or enterprise websites is an advantage.
