About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging, user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms. Your expertise will help shape the visual and interactive aspects of our projects, ensuring they are both aesthetically appealing and highly functional. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in responsive design, wireframing, prototyping, and a good understanding of marketing principles related to digital conversions. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical skills, creative flair, and marketing awareness. A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a solid portfolio showcasing your work, is essential. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch is required. Candidates should have a good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript to effectively collaborate with development teams. Knowledge of responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS is highly desirable. Additionally, understanding of SEO basics and landing page optimization will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms that are visually compelling, intuitive, and aligned with client branding guidelines.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and developers.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and provide a seamless experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
- Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, and project managers to translate concepts into functional digital solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Optimize landing pages for conversions by applying best practices in layout, typography, color theory, and call-to-action placement.
- Maintain consistency in design language by developing and managing UI components libraries and style guides.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design and digital marketing.
