Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Web Designer & Developer role located in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling, user-friendly websites and also developing them across modern platforms.
Responsibilities include designing layouts and UI/UX experiences, building responsive websites, and implementing functionality using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and similar tools. The role requires close collaboration with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution from design to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, visually engaging website layouts and user interfaces
- Develop and deploy responsive websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, etc.
- Translate design concepts into fully functional websites
- Ensure performance optimization, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines across projects
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams
- Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Web Design, UI/UX, and Responsive Design
- Hands-on experience in website development (WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage both design and development workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
