Role Overview:
We are looking for a Wix Website Specialist / No-Code Web Designer who combines strong website design skills with graphic design and AI-assisted creative abilities.
You will independently manage and improve existing India and US websites built on Wix while creating website banners, hero sections, landing pages, graphics, and other visual assets.
This is a website design + website management + graphic design role, not a hardcore web-development position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and improve existing Wix/Wix Studio websites.
- Design website pages, landing pages, hero sections, banners, and other web assets.
- Create and adapt graphics and visual content for commercial websites.
- Use AI tools to generate, refine, and enhance website visuals and marketing creatives.
- Optimize website layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Independently execute design changes without relying entirely on Figma/development teams.
- Maintain visual consistency, typography, layouts, and overall website experience.
- Work with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva where required.
- Support basic SEO, image optimization, forms, integrations, and website analytics.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in web design, website management, or no-code design.
- Hands-on experience with Wix / Wix Studio is preferred.
- Experience with Webflow, Framer, Elementor, or other no-code platforms is also relevant.
- Strong visual and design sense with a good understanding of layouts, typography, and responsive design.
- Ability to independently build, redesign, and manage business websites.
- Hands-on experience with AI design/image tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing 2–3+ website projects is mandatory.
Important:
We are looking for someone who can design and execute independently. Pure developers without strong visual design skills or pure graphic designers without website experience would not be the right fit.
