Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Web Development Instructor. The instructor will design and deliver interactive web development lessons tailored for students aged 5 to 17. Responsibilities include creating and customizing course material, teaching core web development concepts, tracking student progress, and providing individualized support to help students achieve their learning goals. Collaboration with the team to enhance curriculum design and ensure a high-quality experience for all learners is also integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in designing and delivering engaging educational content
- Strong communication and presentation skills for teaching children and teenagers
- Understanding of interactive and student-centered teaching approaches
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field is preferred
