Role Description The Web Content Writer will be responsible for planning, writing, and updating clear, accurate, and user-friendly content for the company’s website and digital touchpoints. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kozhikode and involves creating informative articles, service pages, FAQs, and guides that help users understand visa processes and related services. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on visa regulations and travel requirements, translating complex information into accessible language, and ensuring all content is consistent with brand tone and compliant with internal guidelines. The Web Content Writer will collaborate with visa consultants, operations, and marketing teams to gather information, optimize content for search and user experience, and maintain a structured content calendar. The role also includes reviewing existing pages for clarity, accuracy, and relevance, and proposing improvements to support client engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
- Ability to plan and manage online content, with skills in Web Content Writing, Content Strategy, and Content Management.
- Strong Writing and Research skills to transform complex visa and travel information into clear, reliable, and engaging content.
- Excellent command of written English, with attention to detail, grammar, and consistency.
- Comfort working on-site in Kozhikode and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and user experience best practices for web content is an advantage.
- Prior experience in travel, immigration, or related service industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Diploma or degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
