About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Content Writer with a strong command of US English and a proven track record of crafting compelling website content. The ideal candidate understands how great writing drives organic traffic, builds brand authority, and converts visitors into customers. This is not an academic writing role — we need someone who writes to engage, inform, and rank.
Key Responsibilities:
▸ Write clear, persuasive, and SEO-optimized content for websites — including homepages, services pages, about pages, landing pages, and blog posts.
▸ Develop content that aligns with brand voice and speaks directly to the target audience, converting readers into leads.
▸ Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices — including meta titles, descriptions, header tags, internal linking, and keyword placement.
▸ Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver well-structured, publish-ready content.
▸ Edit and proofread content for grammar, tone, clarity, and US English conventions before submission.
▸ Research industry topics thoroughly to produce accurate, authoritative, and engaging content.
▸ Use AI writing tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to assist in ideation, drafting, and optimization — while ensuring all output is human-reviewed, original, and high quality.
▸ Maintain content calendars and meet deadlines consistently without compromising quality.
▸ Optimize existing website content based on performance data and SEO audits.
Required Qualifications:
▸ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in website content writing — services pages, homepages, and landing pages are a must.
▸ Exceptional command of US English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
▸ Demonstrated experience writing SEO-optimized content that ranks on Google.
▸ Strong understanding of on-page SEO principles and content strategy fundamentals.
▸ Ability to research complex or niche topics and write with credibility and clarity.
▸ Proficiency with AI writing/editing tools and the ability to use them responsibly as productivity aids.
▸ Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
▸ A portfolio demonstrating published website content across multiple industries.
Nice to Have:
▸ Prior experience writing for dental clinics, dental service organizations (DSOs), or oral health brands — including treatment pages (cleanings, implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, etc.).
▸ Experience writing for veterinary practices or pet healthcare brands — including service pages for wellness exams, surgeries, vaccinations, and emergency care.
▸ Familiarity with healthcare content compliance guidelines and patient-friendly language.
▸ Experience with local SEO content for multi-location medical or healthcare practices.
