The team manages ACG’s online sales and overall web presence, including SEO, content strategy, design & development. In addition, Ardent supports back-office transactional processes, delivering both voice and non-voice customer support across B2B and B2C channels.
Role Description
We are looking to hire a talented Web Content Writer for a full-time, on-site position Kochi, Kerala. In this role, you will research, plan and create web content to align with the company's branding and marketing strategy. Responsibilities include generating SEO-optimised blogs and articles for digital platforms, optimising content for AI overviews and generative engines, conducting in-depth research, and maintaining consistency in quality and tone. You will collaborate across teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and appeals to our diverse audience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and content creation
- Strong Research skills to support accurate and engaging content
- Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field is an advantage
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing practices is a plus
