Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Web Consultant. The Web Consultant will collaborate closely with clients to deliver tailored web-based solutions, provide insights through web analytics, and support the design and development of web platforms. Responsibilities will also include identifying and driving sales opportunities, advising on best practices, and ensuring optimal functionality and user experience for client websites.
Qualifications
- Consulting and Sales skills to effectively communicate with clients, identify their needs, and propose suitable solutions
- Web Analytics skills to assess performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Web Design and Web Development expertise to craft user-centered and functional websites
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Web Development, Computer Science, or Digital Marketing) is preferred
- Prior experience in a consulting, sales, or web-focused role is an asset
