Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Web Consultant to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity based in Kolkata. The Web Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, provide strategic guidance on digital solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of web-based projects. Daily responsibilities include consulting on project requirements, analyzing web data, supporting sales strategies, and working with web design and development teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, client engagement, and problem-solving skills to effectively contribute to our team’s success.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Sales skills to understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and foster strong client relationships (B2B Website Sales)
• Web Analytics expertise to analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities to align goals with results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Understanding of ecommerce systems, SEO, and performance marketing is an asset (though not mandatory)
