🛠 The "Growth Catalyst" Roadmap
STAGE 01: Startup Launchpad (3 Months — Remote) Focusing on your foundation and real-world exposure.
- Status: Unpaid / Project Contribution.
- Work Model: 100% Remote with Flexible, Project-Based Hours (Perfect for students!).
- Focus: Direct involvement in client-facing Web & Mobile projects.
- Skills: Master version control (Git/GitHub), React, Node.js, and receive structured code reviews.
FUTURE PATHWAYS (Subject to Evaluation & Availability): Beyond the initial 3-month launchpad, we offer a path for high-performers to grow with us:
- Stage 02 (Growth & Reward): Transition to a Paid Internship with a performance-based stipend. This stage is strictly subject to a comprehensive 3-month performance evaluation.
- Stage 03 (The ‘AI Catalyst’ Program): Potential for full-time employment within our AI project network. This is not guaranteed and depends entirely on top-tier performance metrics and company hiring availability at that time.
