Job Title: Web Analytics Specialist Experience: 6?8 years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Looking For only Immediate Joiners to 15 days About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Web Analytics Specialist to own the web analytics function for TVarious brands. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GA4, Looker Studio, and web performance monitoring, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for business growth. Key Responsibilities: Own Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , Looker Studio dashboards , and custom reporting , maintaining high data accuracy and alignment with reporting standards across various brands. Monitor website KPIs daily , identifying deviations or potential performance issues and proactively alerting relevant teams. Collaborate with implementation and data layer teams to: Identify and fill gaps in data collection. Perform QA tracking of analytics implementations. Resolve data-related issues to ensure reliable reporting. Provide insights and recommendations to improve website performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics. Ensure analytics implementations comply with data privacy regulations and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6?8 years of experience in web analytics , preferably in a digital or travel-related industry. Hands-on experience with GA4 , Looker Studio , and web analytics tracking tools. Strong knowledge of website KPIs, event tracking, and data layer implementations
- Experience in QA, troubleshooting, and maintaining data accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of GTM (Google Tag Manager) and JavaScript is a plus.
