Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our growing team at WeaveGrid. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, overseeing the development and delivery of critical projects, and driving the overall technical strategy for our platform. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and career development support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute on product roadmaps and technical solutions - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and productivity - Participate in high-level architectural and design discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives - Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain code quality and reliability - Serve as a technical subject matter expert and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams - Proficient in modern software development methodologies, tools, and best practices - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Experience in the energy or transportation industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
