Position Purpose:
The Wealth Manager's primary responsibility is asset gathering and enhancing client wallet share through consistent engagement, portfolio advisory, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:Direct Responsibilities:
- Gather assets across a range of investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Corporate FDs, SGBs, Insurance, and more.
- Achieve Net Equalized Assets (LS) targets for the assigned client book.
- Build and expand the SIP book consistently.
- Reactivate inactive clients and activate new clients for fresh business opportunities.
- Regularly meet all mapped clients (physically or virtually) to ensure strong engagement and advisory.
- Drive growth in AUM, SIP flows, and revenue from assigned relationships.
Contributing Responsibilities:
- Acquire and activate new clients with focused asset collection.
- Conduct 2–3 meaningful client meetings daily within the territory.
