About the Role:
We are seeking a client-focused Wealth Operations Executive for our LLP managing investments across mutual funds, fixed income, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and other financial instruments. The role involves fluent and confident client interaction to ensure a seamless investment experience, along with managing end-to-end transaction processing, documentation, reconciliations, and compliance in line with SEBI regulations. The ideal candidate is well-versed in investment operations, aware of current market trends and product structures, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering accurate execution while maintaining high service
standards and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage investment operations, settlements, and reconciliations
● Monitor portfolio performance, NAV movements, and corporate actions
● Generate MIS reports and support investment reporting
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow
● Client onboarding (KYC, FATCA, documentation)
● Executing MF transactions (Purchase, Redemption, SIPs, Switches)
● Managing CRM and client records
● Resolving client operational queries
● Good communication, coordination & follow-up skills
What we’re looking for :-
● Experience in Wealth Management / Brokerage Operations
● Good communication skills
● Basic to advanced Excel knowledge
● Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
● Understanding of financial products and portfolio processes
● Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills
