ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own the closure of new investor onboarding — taking warm leads from our Wealth Advisors and driving them to their first mutual fund transaction. This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role that demands strong product knowledge, consultative communication, and relentless follow-through.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end closure of warm leads handed off by Wealth Advisors
- Explain our wealth platform, fund options, and investment process to prospective investors
- Guide customers through mandate setup (SIP/lumpsum) and ensure first transaction completion
- Drive aggressive, structured follow-ups via calls and messaging to minimise drop-offs
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and report conversion status to team leads
- Coordinate with ops and KYC teams to resolve onboarding blockers
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, BFSI, or fintech sales/ops
- Good understanding of mutual funds, SIPs, and investment mandates
- Strong communication skills — ability to build trust quickly over the phone
- Comfortable with high outbound volumes and sustained follow-up pressure
- AMFI/NISM certification preferred; prior experience on wealth platforms is a plus.
