Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role based in Andheri. The Wealth Manager will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, risk appetite, and time horizons, and design personalized wealth management strategies accordingly. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial planning discussions, recommending investment solutions across asset classes, and monitoring portfolio performance to ensure alignment with client objectives. The role involves providing guidance on insurance coverage, estate and legacy planning, and tax-efficient investment structures, while staying updated on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes. The Wealth Manager will collaborate with internal research, product, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and seamless client service, including regular reviews, reporting, and ongoing relationship management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments, with the ability to construct and review diversified portfolios across mutual funds, PMS, equities, fixed income, and alternative products.
- Solid understanding of Finance concepts, capital markets, and risk management frameworks.
- Knowledge of Insurance solutions, including life, health, and general insurance, and the ability to integrate protection into overall financial plans.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, commerce, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications such as NISM, or IRDA licenses are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, client-friendly language.
- Proven client relationship management skills, integrity, and a strong ethical orientation, with experience in wealth management or financial advisory preferred.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use financial planning effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing client base (portable AUM is a big plus)
