Job Overview:
Policybazaar is hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Wealth Manager – International Process with experience in International Telesales and B2C Sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring excellent client interaction in a fast-paced international sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage customer/client portfolios
- Drive International B2C telesales and revenue generation
- Interact with international clients professionally and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure excellent customer experience and query resolution
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process handling
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Process
- Must have experience in International Telesales / B2C Sales
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Must be confident and presentable in front of clients
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 6-day working environment
- Candidates with 15 days notice period preferred
