Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Wealth Manager will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situation, and design personalized wealth plans. Responsibilities include advising on investments, monitoring portfolio performance, and rebalancing strategies as market conditions or client needs change. The role involves presenting financial solutions across products such as mutual funds, equities, fixed income, and insurance, while ensuring suitability and regulatory compliance. The Wealth Manager will also be responsible for regular client reviews, generating new business through referrals and networking, and coordinating with internal product, research, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning, with the ability to analyze client goals, risk profiles, and time horizons to create comprehensive wealth plans.
- Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments, including asset allocation, portfolio construction, and periodic portfolio review.
- Solid understanding of core Finance concepts, capital markets, and wealth management products across asset classes.
- Knowledge of Insurance solutions and their role in risk management and overall financial planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, NISM) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven, client-focused environment, with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
