Position Overview
Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited is inviting applications for the position of Wealth Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused professional to manage and expand relationships with Affluent and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
The role involves delivering customized wealth management solutions, driving portfolio growth, and ensuring an exceptional client experience through strategic financial advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with Affluent and HNI clients
✔ Drive business growth through AUM expansion and increased wallet share
✔ Offer personalized investment and wealth management solutions based on client financial goals
✔ Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market mapping
✔ Track market trends and recommend suitable investment opportunities
✔ Coordinate with internal advisory, research, and product teams for customized client solutions
✔ Ensure high standards of client engagement, retention, and satisfaction
✔ Adhere to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and organizational standards
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Financial Services, or Investment Advisory
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management
- Established network of HNI/Affluent clients will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset with strong business development capabilities
- Professional, self-driven, and passionate about wealth advisory services
