About the Role
Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Wealth Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with Affluent and HNI clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a high-growth wealth management environment, delivering customized investment solutions and driving long-term client value.
The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, relationship management expertise, and the ability to build and expand a premium client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with Affluent & HNI clients
- Drive AUM growth and enhance overall wallet share
- Provide personalized investment advisory and wealth management solutions
- Acquire new clients through strategic networking and market mapping
- Monitor financial markets and recommend suitable investment opportunities
- Collaborate with internal product and advisory teams to deliver customized client solutions
- Ensure high levels of client engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management
- Existing network of HNI/Affluent clients will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about wealth advisory
