Job Summary
The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with Affluent and Super Affluent clients. The role involves portfolio management, investment advisory, and driving growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) through new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire clients from the Affluent and Super Affluent segment, including leveraging existing client relationships.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive sustained AUM growth.
Provide advisory services on investment opportunities and manage clients’ overall financial portfolios.
Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and increase wallet share.
Monitor market trends and identify potential clients for new business acquisition.
Conduct research and stay updated on financial products and market developments to recommend suitable investment solutions.
Collaborate with internal Product and Research teams (Centralized CFP Team) for informed investment decisions.
Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and other business development initiatives to expand client base.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong relationship management and client acquisition skills
Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Result-oriented with a focus on business growth

Prior experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services
Existing network of Affluent / HNI clients
