Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Wealth Manager will engage with clients to understand their financial goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences, and will design tailored wealth management plans. The role includes advising on investment products across asset classes, monitoring portfolio performance, and rebalancing allocations as needed. The Wealth Manager will conduct regular portfolio reviews, provide market and product updates, and ensure all client interactions adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards. The position also involves acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and collaborating with research, operations, and product teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong financial planning skills, including goal-based planning, retirement planning, and tax-aware investing.
- Proficiency in investment management and investments, with the ability to construct and monitor diversified portfolios.
- Solid understanding of core finance concepts, capital markets, and wealth management products.
- Knowledge of insurance solutions and their role in comprehensive financial planning and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM, NCFM) are an advantage.
- Experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong ethical standards, customer-centric mindset, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
