Role Description
Job Purpose:
To acquire, manage, and grow high-value client relationships by offering tailored wealth management solutions, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and acquire new High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) / Ultra HNI clients
- Conduct financial profiling and understand client investment goals
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a single point of contact for all client investment needs
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Wealth Advisory & Portfolio Management:
- Provide customized investment solutions across asset classes (equity, debt, mutual funds, insurance, etc.)
- Regularly review and rebalance client portfolios
- Offer market insights and advisory aligned with client goals
Revenue Generation:
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Cross-sell and up-sell financial products
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation and KYC norms
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated with market trends, economic developments, and competitor offerings
- Provide insights to clients for informed decision-making
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Financial planning and investment knowledge

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance
- Experience in Investment Management and handling Investments
- Knowledge of Insurance and its applications in financial portfolios
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop tailored financial strategies
- Relevant certifications in finance or wealth management are a plus
- Master’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field ( MBA Equivalent
