Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Wealth Manager will build and manage a portfolio of clients, understand their financial goals, and design customized wealth management strategies aligned with their risk profiles. Responsibilities include advising on investments across asset classes, recommending suitable financial products, and coordinating with internal research and product teams to deliver informed recommendations. The role involves regular portfolio reviews, performance tracking, and proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Wealth Manager will also be responsible for business development activities such as prospecting, networking, and leveraging the firm’s channels to acquire and grow client relationships in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong Financial Planning skills, including goal-based planning, risk profiling, and asset allocation.
- Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments, with experience managing diversified portfolios.
- Solid understanding of core Finance concepts, capital markets, and financial products.
- Knowledge of Insurance solutions and their role in comprehensive wealth planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM, NCFM) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory, preferably with HNI/affluent clients.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and client servicing skills, with a consultative approach.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in using financial tools, CRM systems, and digital investment platforms.
