Role Description The Wealth Manager – Sales (Wealth Products) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their financial goals, and recommending appropriate wealth products and investment solutions. The Wealth Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, conduct regular reviews of their investments, and provide ongoing advisory support on asset allocation and risk management. Daily activities include coordinating with internal product teams and external partners, preparing and presenting proposals, and ensuring seamless execution of transactions and account servicing. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales and revenue targets, and staying updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning, with the ability to assess client goals, risk profiles, and long-term wealth creation needs.
- Candidates should possess solid Investment Management and Investments skills, including portfolio construction, asset allocation, and product suitability assessment.
- Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Finance, including capital markets, wealth products, and basic taxation concepts relevant to investments.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance solutions as part of holistic wealth and risk management planning.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM, CFA level) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial product sales, preferably working with HNIs and ultra-HNIs.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with a client-centric and ethical approach to advisory.
- Ability to work with targets in a fast-paced environment, high attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
