Hiring: Wealth Manager – Future Leaders Program | Batch 2027
Location: Mumbai | Delhi NCR | Bengaluru | Chennai | Hyderabad | Kolkata
Experience: 3–7 Years
Compensation: ₹19–25 LPA
We are looking for
high-potential finance professionals who aspire to build a long-term career in
Wealth Management and grow into future leadership roles.
This is
not a conventional Relationship Manager role. It is a high-investment
Future Leaders Program designed to identify exceptional early-career professionals and develop them into future Wealth Management leaders.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Undergo a structured 6-month intensive training program covering wealth management, investment products and advisory frameworks
- Learn directly from senior partners, industry specialists and academic experts
- Work on practical client scenarios and receive structured on-the-job exposure
- Work closely with senior wealth managers to understand bespoke solutions for HNI/UHNI clients
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Develop tailored wealth solutions across investments, estate planning and allied advisory areas
- Build your client book with active support, including warm introductions and initial client meetings
- Progress into a full-time Wealth Manager role upon successful completion of the training program
🔎 What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of professional experience
- Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Services, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, PMS, AIF or related areas
- Strong understanding of wealth management fundamentals, investment products and client servicing
- Exposure to HNI/UHNI or affluent clients will be highly relevant
- Strong analytical ability combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High learning agility, ambition and a genuine interest in building a career in wealth management
- Strong academic pedigree / graduates from reputed institutions and leading colleges preferred
- Candidates should be based in, or willing to relocate to, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad or Kolkata
- Candidates available to join by end December 2026 / early January 2027
