Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site/ Hybrid role for a Wealth Management Intern based in Bengaluru. This is a 6 Month Internship structured in 3 Parts: Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Portfolio Management.
- Business Development: Lead Generation, Scheduling appointments for Senior Wealth Managers, Networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Meeting Prospect Clients, Introducing the Company, engaging with clients for Solutions like: Wealth Management, Fund Raising (Debt and Equity) etc.
- Portfolio management: Understanding Product Landscape across Asset Classes, Working closely with the Research and Analytics Team for Client Portfolio reviews and Analytics, Finding portfolio gaps.
Compensation and Expectations: The selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of INR 15,000/Mo + Incentives. We are looking to convert the Internship into a Full Time employment for the right candidates as "Wealth Managers", offering attractive compensation and incentive Structure.
Expectations: Selected Interns will evaluated on the following metrics:
- Number of "Relevant" leads generated.
- Number of Client Appointments scheduled.
- AUM of the Portfolio reviewed and tracked.
- Aptitude, Attitude, and Work Ethic.
