Role Description The Wealth Management Executive role is a full-time, remote position responsible for providing comprehensive financial guidance to clients associated with the startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves assessing client financial goals, creating tailored financial plans, and recommending investment strategies aligned with risk tolerance and long-term objectives. The executive will monitor portfolios, review performance, and adjust asset allocations based on market conditions and client needs. Responsibilities also include advising on insurance coverage, tax-efficiency considerations, and overall financial wellness, while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and clear communication with clients are key to ensuring a high standard of service and trust.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning skills, including goal-based planning, cash flow analysis, and retirement planning.
- Candidates should possess Investment Management and Investments skills, such as portfolio construction, asset allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, including understanding of financial markets, instruments, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Insurance-related skills, including evaluating coverage needs and integrating insurance solutions into overall financial plans.
- Relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory, preferably serving entrepreneurs or high-growth companies.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, technology-enabled environment and collaborating across time zones.
