Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Wealth Counsellor - Sales, based in Thane. The Investment Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial goals, provide investment solutions, and offer ongoing advice to optimize returns. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, Tele calling, building strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties may involve conducting training sessions to educate clients about investment options and contributing to team initiatives for business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Effective communication skills, with a focus on clarity and active listening
- Proven customer service skills, with a dedication to client satisfaction
- Experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in conducting training sessions or educating clients on financial products
- Solid understanding of investment products and financial markets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CFP or other financial advisory certifications are a plus
