Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Wealth Advisor. The Wealth Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in developing tailored financial and retirement plans, providing wealth management services, and offering strategic investment advice.
Responsibilities:
1. Research markets, identify potential clients, and explore new revenue channels
2. Represent the company's products and services with a deep understanding, supported by consumer research, to align solutions with customer needs
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand the customer base, and achieve business targets
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors to ensure excellent service and identify new opportunities
5. Track market trends and customer needs to support informed business decisions
6. Apply a strong understanding of the sales process to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals
7. Present financial products, conduct demos, and negotiate deals with clients
Skills Required:
1. Good communication and negotiation skills
2. NISM Certification XA (Level 1) and XB (Level 2)
3. Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial products
4. Proven sales and relationship management experience
5. Ability to acquire new clients through referrals, calls, and networking
6. Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
7. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and recommending suitable products or services
8. Resourceful, with strong research skills
9. Target-driven and result-oriented
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience: 3-5 years
