Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team of Relationship Managers to acquire and service HNI clients.
- Drive AUM growth by maintaining strong client relationships and acquiring new HNI clients.
- Support team members in advising HNI clients on investment opportunities and portfolio management.
- Deepen relationships with existing clients by enhancing wallet share and cross-selling financial products.
- Identify and track potential HNI prospects in the market for new client acquisition.
- Stay updated on investment opportunities, financial products, and market trends and guide the team accordingly.
- Coordinate with product and research teams (Centralised CFP Team) for investment strategies and portfolio recommendations.
- Conduct and assist in organising seminars, workshops, and other business development initiatives to attract and engage HNI clients.
