Al Haram Tourism is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Umrah Packages Sales Expert to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have a passion for sales, and want to build your career in the travel industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers in selecting the right Umrah package.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Umrah Packages sales, customer service, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
