We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant who combines strong Finance domain expertise with hands-on experience in enterprise technology platforms such as SAP Ariba, Anaplan, or Data Analytics. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy bridging the gap between business and technology, driving digital transformation, and delivering impactful enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and transformation opportunities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
- Provide techno-functional consulting across Finance and enterprise applications.
- Work closely with IT teams, implementation partners, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, deployment, and post-production support.
- Drive process optimization, automation, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
- Prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, and solution design documents.
- Support system integrations, data analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Finance business processes with strong techno-functional consulting expertise.
- Strong understanding of:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P)
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL) and Financial Reporting
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
- SAP Ariba (Procurement, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management, Integrations)
- Anaplan (Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Business Modeling)
- Data Analytics (Dashboards, Reporting, BI, Data Analysis)
- Experience in gathering business requirements and converting them into scalable technology solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
⭐ Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Financials, or similar enterprise applications.
- Understanding of enterprise application integrations and data flows.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery environments.
- Exposure to process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of reporting tools and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
