**What You'll Do**
- Cold call prospects to open new business conversations
- Run market research to identify target segments and trends
- Drive lead generation across multiple channels
- Create marketing creatives for LinkedIn, social media, and digital campaigns
- Manage and schedule content across social platforms
- Maintain and update CRM data in HubSpot
- Support day-to-day marketing and growth initiatives
- Step up on tasks that are new, ambiguous, or undefined
**What We're Looking For**
- Execution-first mindset — you act, you don't wait
- Comfortable working without a complete playbook
- Proficient in Excel — data handling, tracking, reporting
- Familiar with AI tools for daily work (content, research, design)
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms — HubSpot preferred
- Strong communication skills and a genuine hunger to learn
**Bonus Points**
- Prior experience in B2B or SaaS environments
- Exposure to outbound sales or growth roles
- Experience designing creatives using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
- Understanding of digital marketing — SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, or social media analytics
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn or other brand social media accounts
