Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Design high-quality Instagram carousels that are visually engaging and informative
- Collaborate with the content team to execute creative concepts and campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency in color, typography, and overall design language
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and sound effects to enhance engagement
- Optimize content for performance (retention, watch time, and shareability)
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in video editing and/or content design
- Proficiency in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro (optional)
- Proficiency in design tools: Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of motion/animation tools like After Effects or similar
- Familiarity with asset platforms like Envato, Freepik, Unsplash, Pexels
- Strong understanding of global/foreign content trends (US, UK, etc.) and ability to adapt them to our brand
- Basic knowledge across multiple domains (design, content, branding, marketing) — you should not be one-dimensional
- Understanding of social media trends and viral content formats
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout design
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Portfolio showcasing video edits and/or carousel designs (mandatory)
What You’ll Gain

- Opportunity to build a strong portfolio with real client projects
- Exposure to content strategy and performance-driven design
- Creative freedom to experiment and contribute ideas
