We are expanding our clinical team and invite experienced Consultant Urologists and Clinical Psychologists to join us in delivering comprehensive care for men facing sexual health concerns.
👨⚕️ Consultant Urologist
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage men's sexual and reproductive health conditions, including:
- Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
- Premature Ejaculation (PE)
- Peyronie's Disease
- Penile Curvature
- Low Libido
- Male Infertility
- Evaluate patients for Penile Implant Surgery and recommend appropriate implant options.
- Perform Penile Implant Surgery (Inflatable & Malleable Implants) for eligible patients.
- Provide pre-operative counselling and post-operative follow-up for penile implant procedures.
- Recommend appropriate laboratory investigations and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop personalized medical and surgical treatment plans.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, recovery, and long-term care.
- Collaborate with Medical Officers, Clinical Psychologists, and Patient Counsellors to provide comprehensive men's wellness care.
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice, documentation, and patient confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBBS with M.Ch. Urology / DNB Urology
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration
- Experience in Men's Sexual Medicine and Penile Implant Surgery is highly preferred.
🧠 Clinical Psychologist
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments for men experiencing sexual wellness concerns.
- Counsel patients with:
- Performance Anxiety
- Psychological Erectile Dysfunction
- Premature Ejaculation
- Low Sexual Confidence
- Relationship & Intimacy Issues
- Stress, Anxiety, and Depression affecting sexual health
- Pornography Addiction and Compulsive Sexual Behaviours
- Assess psychological readiness and provide counselling for patients considering.
- Offer pre-operative counselling to help patients understand expectations, recovery, and emotional adjustment following penile implant surgery.
- Conduct individual and couple counselling sessions to improve communication, intimacy, and relationship satisfaction.
- Develop personalized behavioural and psychological treatment plans.
- Work closely with Urologists and Medical Officers to provide integrated, multidisciplinary men's sexual wellness care.
- Maintain confidential patient records and adhere to ethical clinical practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology
- M.Phil. Clinical Psychology (where applicable)
- RCI Registration (preferred/required as applicable)
- Experience in Sexual Medicine, Men's Mental Health, or Relationship Counselling is an advantage.
