🚀 We're Hiring | Business Development Manager – ServiceNow, Salesforce & ESM
Lavyasphere Solutions is looking for a motivated and growth-driven Business Development Manager to support and expand our ServiceNow, Salesforce & Enterprise Service Management (ESM) practice. If you enjoy building relationships, generating opportunities, and driving business growth, we’d love to connect with you.

💼 Experience: 1–5 Years
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads through LinkedIn, networking, email campaigns, and references
• Identify customer pain points and introduce ServiceNow, Salesforce & ESM solutions
• Create and manage sales pipelines
• Conduct discovery calls with prospects
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and solution discussions
• Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
• Track opportunities and maintain CRM updates
• Support RFI/RFP responses and customer communication
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ 1–5 years of experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales (Mandatory)
✔ Core experience in IT Services, ESM, or Enterprise Solution sales is required
✔ Candidates must have hands-on experience selling IT solutions/services; non-IT sales profiles will not be considered
✔ Understanding of ServiceNow, Salesforce, ESM, or enterprise software solutions preferred
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
✔ Experience with lead generation platforms and CRM tools
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Salesforce, ESM, or enterprise software solutions
• Experience in B2B sales and client interactions
