  • Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and well-presented Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for every guest.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the hotel and services.
  • Maintain guest records and process payments securely.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous front office or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS systems (training will be provided).
  • Customer-oriented, courteous, and well-groomed.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
