Join our growing team and help shape exceptional real estate developments.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with 5–7 years of experience in the real estate industry to contribute to the design, planning, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop architectural concepts, designs, and construction drawings
✅ Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams
✅ Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards
✅ Review project progress and provide design support during execution
✅ Optimize designs for functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and cost efficiency
✅ Participate in project planning, approvals, and stakeholder discussions
Requirements
✔️ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
✔️ 5–7 years of relevant experience in the real estate/construction industry
✔️ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
✔️ Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
✔️ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred immediate joiners
