Role Description This is a full-time Partnership for a Creator whose YouTube channel and Instagram content ideas will be funded and supported by OWL Creative Influencer Agency. The Creator will develop, plan, and produce video and social media content tailored to target audiences and platform best practices. Day-to-day tasks will include brainstorming concepts, scripting, filming, and collaborating on video editing to deliver high-quality, engaging content on a consistent schedule. The role involves working with the agency team on content strategies, marketing campaigns, and performance analysis to grow views, followers, and community engagement. The Creator is expected to manage timelines, maintain brand alignment, and communicate regularly with the agency on progress and new ideas.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating high-quality content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for on-camera presence, collaboration, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including understanding of social media growth and audience targeting.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with YouTube platform features, analytics, and content best practices.
- Experience creating content for Instagram or other social platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, meet deadlines, and manage multiple content projects.
- Demonstrated creativity, storytelling ability, and a portfolio or examples of prior content work.
- Basic knowledge of copyright, music licensing, and ethical content practices is an advantage.
